Delinquent Court Payments

The City of Monterey works with American Municipal Services (AMS) to collect overdue Court fines.  

If you have received notification that your Citation payment is past due, please use the contact 

information below to make your payment.  

Once you have received a notification that your payment is past due, we will not be able 

to accept any payments at the Police Department.
