If you receive a citation from Monterey PD, you have multiple options to satisfy your citation. If you choose to admit guilt, you may pay your citation in full any day BEFORE your court date. You may make payments in the office with cash, check, card (with convenience fee). You can also pay for the citation online by clicking the Payment button below.
If you are interested and are eligible for attending a driver's safety course, you must appear in court for the Judge's approval prior to attending. You also have the option to plead not guilty at your court appearance and request a trial from the Judge.
Please complete the following information to ensure that the correct report is located and made available to you. You will need to bring the completed form and your Drivers License to the Police Department. Be aware that some records, such as arrest records, may not be eligible for release without prior approval from the 13thJudicial District Attorney. There is a fee for the report.
