Monterey City Court meets on the Third Monday of each month at 5:30 pm unless that is a holiday. In that case Court will be held on the third Tuesday of that month. Court is held at Monterey City Hall at 302 E. Commercial Ave. Monterey TN 38574. If you wish to pay a Citation with out appearing in Court, you can click on the payment link below or you can also pay by phone by dialing (678) 359-2783.
If you received a citation for the February 17th Court date or later, you can pay online.
This does not apply to older citations that you have received a payment notice on. If you have received a payment collection notice on a citation, please move to the next section to make that payment.
2026 Monterey Court Dates
February 17th (Tuesday), March 16th, April 20th, May 18th, June 15th, July 20th
August 17th, September 21st, October 19th, November 16th, December 21st
If you have received notification that your Citation payment is past due, please click on the button below to make your payment. Once you have received a notification that your payment is past due, we will not be able to accept any payments at the Police Department.
